We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

It counts as a Carry-On size for sure. If you don't stuff it 100% full, it can squish under the seat as a Personal Item on most big airlines.
"Is it comfortable to walk through a huge airport?"
Yes. We added a chest strap and extra padding specifically for those long walks to the gate. It distributes the weight really well.
"Is it too big for daily use?"
