How long will shipping take, and do you ship internationally?
We ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. We also offer international shipping to select countries — shipping times vary by destination.
Do your bags come with a warranty or guarantee?
Yes — we offer a 90-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every UpperBag.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your bag to you ASAP. If you need to make a change, email support@upperbags.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships!
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@upperbags.com with your correct address. If it’s already on the way, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request an address correction or hold.
